Kevin and I met in 2001 while working at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. It brought us to London, ON and to Somerset Fine Wines and Gifts.Having been involved in the industry for over two decades, we have had the opportunity to manage in many beautiful hotels and restaurants. Many years of pairing and tasting wines, learning about our world's wine regions and visiting numerous wineries to become educated on a winès creation, allowed us to realize our dream. We had the honour of being trained by top chefs creating the finest Canadian fare as well as some of the world's top sommeliers. We quickly realized that we both shared a love for Food and Beverage. After studying Hotel and Restaurant Management at Georgian College, Kevin began his career with the Banff Springs hotel.
